Setting up a website is the first step towards finding new customers .
In this day and age, it cannot be ignored. Your business needs to be found online. My goal is to help your ideal client close the sale as quickly as possible for you. Contact me and we’ll work together to find out what your business’ website needs are.
Transparency and a high-quality process are essential to maintain a long-term partnership. On this page, you can learn more about my client and web design process.
My client process:
1. First consultation (15 min)
After you send me your inquiry, I will contact you to arrange a 15-minute consultation so that we can get to know each other and discuss the full scope of the project, objectives, timeframe, budgets, etc.
2. Project proposal and first payment
I’ll send you a project proposal detailing the project objectives and what the whole process will involve. If it’s all suitable, I’ll send you a cooperation agreement, a brand questionnaire and an invoice for first payment. We can only move forward once these have been signed, paid and completed.
3. The web design process begins!
Once I have received the signed cooperation agreement, the first payment and the completed brand questionnaire, I can start my process.
4. Prototyping in Figma
Based on the input, I design the content structure and purpose of your website. When prototyping, I’ll present a first visual design to test the user experience and check the necessary functionality.
5. Changes needed
Although it’s tricky, it’s really important to let all the information I’ve given you digest for at least 1-2 days before giving feedback. After making changes to the prototype, I will conduct a new video call.
6. Development for the platform
Once the prototype has been approved, we move on to the development process, i.e. creating a working website platform for you. This phase is usually the most time-consuming and is one of the most important phases of the process.
7. Summary and guidelines
After you have confirmed that the whole website is up and running, I will send you a final invoice and, once paid, I will give you full access and instructions on how to manage your website. I like to get back in touch with my clients a couple of months after the project has finished to see how you’re doing, so be prepared to be a client who cares! 😊
If it’s a more complex online store or a special solution, I also offer a monthly website management service. The amount of administration will be agreed in advance and billed at an hourly rate.
