Notion Client Portal

I’ve created a Notion Client Project for designers, giving a detailed and compact overview of each of the client’s project. In addition, you can give your client access to track their project, send files in all formats + Figma links directly to Notion, keep your collaboration agreement and invoices in one place, and ask your client for feedback with specific questions.

What exactly does the template contain:

• Project management system and individual project tracker;

• Change the details of each project - deadlines, packages and start dates;

• Client's project overview - timeframe + when to expect the work to be completed;

• Key project benchmarks for the client;

• Upload a contract to your customer for digital signing and manage all your invoices in one place;

• Brand questionnaire - deep dive into the client's brand to understand their vision and ideas for the project;

• Effectively ask customers for feedback on each project phase;

• Upload logo/brand files with an explanation of the file types to the client;

• An opportunity for customers to leave reviews on your work and quality;

• Estonian text (no LOREM IMPSUM copying, all questions and text will come with the template ).

Do I need any software?

All you need to do is become a Notion user! Notion is completely free to use, but I recommend subscribing to a paid plan for 4€/month, which allows you to upload an unlimited number of files and share your plan with multiple customers at the same time!
